Mike is a seasoned MedTech executive with over 20 years in the medical device contract design and manufacturing (CDMO) industry.

He progressed from an engineering background to senior leadership positions with market leading CDMOs, including Integer Holdings, Nissha Medical Technologies, and Vention Medical. Most recently, as Commercial Vice President at Integer, Mike led the Sales, Applications Engineering, Product Management, and Strategic Marketing functions within the Cardiac Rhythm Management and Neuromodulation (CRM&N) business unit.

Mike founded Layline Medtech to bring this experience to a broader range of entrepreneurial clients—providing strategic guidance, hands-on execution support, and flexible advisory services.

The name Layline—a term drawn from competitive sailing—reflects Mike’s love of sailing and his passion for strategy, tactical execution, and striving to reach the mark first. Mike holds a B.S. in Plastics & Elastomer Engineering from Ferris State University and an Executive MBA from San Diego State University. He is currently expanding his expertise through executive education in AI Strategy for Business Transformation at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
