Previously, Mike served as Commercial Vice President at Integer Holdings and held senior roles at Nissha Medical Technologies and Vention Medical. His career has focused on translating technical roots into high-level commercial strategy, ensuring cross-functional alignment that drives results and outpaces the market.

The name Layline—drawn from competitive sailing—reflects his philosophy of finding the optimal, "first-to-mark" path to value. Mike holds an Executive MBA from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Plastics & Elastomers Engineering Technology from Ferris State University.
